Konstantinos focuses both on advisory and litigation in the fields of labor law (individual and collective labor law, trade union law, law of trade union and employer organizations). He has been collaborating for years as Legal Counsel with companies operating in the sectors of security services, facilities management, cosmetics, retail, and shipping, providing exclusively employment-related advice and representing his clients before civil courts (special labor disputes procedure), the Labor Inspectorate, and the e-EFKA.
He has many years of experience in drafting and defending lawsuits at all levels of jurisdiction and before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos), such as invalid dismissals of high-ranking executives and trade unionists, signing of collective labor agreements, mass layoffs of employees, compliance with labor and social security legislation, business transfers, restructuring of business units, etc.
